A Houma man has been arrested by Louisiana State Police Special Victims Unit for being in possession and the distribution of child sexual material.
Kraig Thibodeaux, 35, of Houma was arrested for the material.
According to state police, they received a tip from Attorney General Liz Murrill’s Louisiana Bureau of Investigation which included information about a social media account containing and distributing multiple videos of child sexual abuse.
On June 26, Louisiana State Police and Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office, executed a search and arrest warrant at Thibodeaux’s home in the Bayou Blue community.
Thibodeaux is being charged with five counts of pornography involving juveniles under 13 and one count of pornography involving juveniles.
This is an ongoing investigation.
