The city of New Orleans is allowing neutral ground parking until 7:30 p.m. due to heavy rain.
NOLAReady is asking residents not to block intersections, streetcar tracks, sidewalks, or bike paths.

Saturday and Sunday are WDSU First Warning Weather Impact Days due to the possibility of isolated flooding with afternoon showers and thunderstorms.
A Flash Flood Warning is in effect for Northern Jefferson Parish and SW Orleans Parish until 7:30 pm.
Saturday will be the wettest of the two days this weekend, with a 60% the chance of rain. That chance for rain goes down to 40% on Sunday, but the Weather Prediction Center believes that, on the North Shore we still, could have some isolated flooding.
