A precautionary boil water advisory has been issued for several streets in Chalmette because of emergency repairs.
The advisory covers Jean Lafitte Parkway from Patricia Street to Benjamin Street on the west side only, along with Norwood Drive and Dominique Drive.
Officials have not provided a timeline for when the advisory could be lifted.
