A roof in Ponchatoula was damaged after a lightning strike possibly hit the home causing it to catch on fire Tuesday afternoon.
Video from Luiz Macedo shows the roof of the house on Dutch Lane in flames after possibly being hit by a lightning strike.
The fire department is on the way to the scene.
No one was injured.
