LSU star player Kade Anderson visited Children’s Ochsner this week, bringing gifts and prayers to young patients battling cancer.
Anderson teamed up with Canes and Miracle Children Foundation to donate iPads to 50 children.
“It’s a no brainer for me. Like you said I have a lot going on, but you can’t pass up on it,” Anderson said. “Louisiana is about hospitality, it’s about community, it’s about celebrating people and to be able to give back to our community.”
Parents and Ochsner staff also had the opportunity to meet Anderson and enjoy lunch provided by Canes.
