New Orleans Saints fans have been begging for rookie receiver Jordyn Tyson to get on the field and they will get their wish.
Tyson plans to make his NFL debut Sunday at home against the Cleveland Browns, according to Jordan Schultz.
Tyson returned to practice this week after being out for almost three months with a right hamstring injury.
Tyson was limited at practice Wednesday, Thursday and Friday but looked really good during those practices.
He was having a strong start to training camp until he hurt his hamstring in a joint practice with the Jacksonville Jaguars on Aug. 13.
The Saints drafted Tyson eight overall in the 2026 NFL Draft out of Arizona State.
Tyson battled through multiple hamstring injuries in his college career.
Tyson should add some extra juice for Tyler Shough and the Saints offense.
It will be interesting to see how much playing time Tyson will see in Sunday’s game.
