Get ready for another muggy and stormy day across southeast Louisiana. The atmosphere remains primed for scattered afternoon and evening thunderstorms. Any storm could bring heavy rain, gusty winds, and brief flooding.
Temperatures will reach the lower 90s, but when you factor in the humidity, feels-like temps could climb to the triple digits in some spots.
Though some drying may occur by Sunday, we’re still expecting the possibility of afternoon showers and storms with highs in the upper 80s to low 90s.
More rain daily rain chances continue next week along with temperatures right around average in the lower 90s.
